Sustainable Fabric
Choosing the right material
In our commitment to sustainability, we prioritize using fabrics that not only meet high standards for quality but also contribute to a healthier planet. One such fabric is recycled nylon. What makes this material superior to conventional nylon? Let’s explore.
Recycled vs virgin nylon
Conventional nylon production is resource-intensive, requiring significant amounts of water, energy, and raw materials derived from fossil fuels. In contrast, recycled nylon is produced from waste, like discarded fishing nets and plastic bottles. By repurposing these materials, we not only reduce the strain on natural resources but also tackle the problem of pollution.
There is a common misconception that recycled materials are inferior in quality to their conventional counterparts. However, recycled nylon offers the same durability, strength, and versatility as conventional nylon.
In our products, we use the highest quality GRS-certified 100% recycled nylon, made and dyed in South Korea at Oeko-tex certified fabric dying facility. It is exceptionally soft and silky, and meets the highest standards of performance, proving that sustainability and quality can go hand in hand.
