Refund policy

We want you to love your properbasics underwear. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for full store credit.

To qualify, items must be unworn and unwashed. Email hello@properbasics.com to start a return and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A flat $7 fee will be deducted from your store credit once your return is received and inspected. Store credit is issued to the email on file.

We're unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
