Return Policy

At properbasics, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. While it is a standard practice in the underwear industry to not offer returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons, your positive experience is important to us. Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer a properbasics Gift Card in the amount of 50% of your order under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Returns are only available for first-time purchases made directly through our website.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@properbasics.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Ensure that the items being returned are in pristine, unworn condition.
  3. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping in the amount of $7, for which we will charge your original payment method.
  4. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will email you a Gift Card in the amount of 50% of your original payment excluding shipping and taxes. 

Gift Card:

  • The Gift Card in the amount of 50% of your original purchase (taxes and shipping excluded)  will be sent to the email associated with your original purchase.
  • This Gift Card can be applied to any future purchase on our website.
  • The Gift Card is valid for a single use and can be combined with other offers or promotions.

Exclusions:

  • Returns are not available for items purchased through third-party retailers or resellers.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
